Myka LLC Warranty

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the following, MykaLLC, warrants its product to the original purchaser, from the original purchase date, for a 90 day period against all defects in material or workmanship. Any claim under this warranty must be made when the defect is first discovered, and in no event more than 90 days after the date of purchase. At MykaLLC option, Myka LLC may repair or replace the product. MykaLLC liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price. MykaLLC expressly disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential
damages.

To make a claim under this limited warranty, the product must be returned to MykaLLC with original proof of purchase at the original purchaser’s expense to the warranty administrator at MykaLLC at, Myka LLC, P.O. Box 1031, Sheboygan, WI 53082-1031 with a letter which fully explains the claim.

This Limited Warranty is void if any other warranty or remedy is claimed or if the product has been damaged caused by accident, isuse, tampering or modifying with product, and a charge will be made for such repairs or replacement.

This Limited Warranty is completely null and void if this product is used in any manner or application other than it’s intended designed use, and Myka LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred thereof.

All other remedies, obligations, liabilities, rights, warranties, express or implied, arising from law or otherwise, are disclaimed by MykaLLC. This disclaimer shall be construed to include, but shall not be limited to, any claimed implied warranty
of merchantability, any claimed implied warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, and any claimed implied warranty of fitness.

Some states do not allow some or all of the limitations set forth herein, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This Limited Warranty does provide the original owner with certain legal rights and recourse and the original owner may possess other rights or recourse, depending upon the state.
